We do offer an initial consultation for up to half an hour at no charge if needed to determine whether we are best suited to meet your legal needs.
The cost of our legal services relates directly to the time, expertise and urgency involved in the particular transactions. We have a range of services for which there are set fees but, equally, there is other work where it must be charged on a time cost basis. How much work we need to do to complete the job for our clients often depends on matters beyond our control including the approach taken by others. Where possible, we will estimate the cost for you but often it cannot be predicted how much work will need to be done to solve your legal problems. Our experience enables us to judge the most cost effective way of finishing the job. We will not allow the cost of our services to outweigh the value of our job to you. We will keep you informed at all times through interim billing of the cost and make specfiic arrangements with you from time to time to ensure there are no surprises.
