When you become a client of Dowthwaite Law, we become part of your team and we become available to you and your family to meet your legal requirements. If we do not have the resources or expertise for your particular needs, we will help you find assistance elsewhere.
All your dealings with us will be personal and confidential. Unless we agree otherwise, no one will even know that you are a client of our firm.
We work as a team, we expect we will all know you and you will know us so that at any time someone is available for you if needed.
Our job is to do what legal work you require us to do, no more or less.
We provide all clients with a regular quarterly newsletter and other specific newsletters which are relevant to their interests. We have access to leading edge legal research resources.
We have a New Zealand wide legal support network through the NZ Law Group which is a group of some 55 independent practices who provide shared support and continuing legal education. This is invaluable to our firm and our clients.
Generally, we are a Rotorua firm and we know our community well and we are involved in the community. When clients talk to us about their family or their property, we know what they are talking about and the challenges they are facing. When you become our client your problems become our problems and our goal is to work with you to resolve those together.
